My birth package is designed to create space for you to receive continuous, personalised support throughout pregnancy and birth.
Postnatal Package
The postnatal period is a time of adjustment, healing, learning, and bonding, and you deserve to feel nurtured and supported as you find your rhythm as a family. My postnatal doula support is designed to offer calm, personalised, in-home care during the early weeks after birth.
Overnight Support
My overnight doula support is designed to meet you exactly where you are offering responsive care for both you and your baby. I will provide care that supports your rest and sleep needs whilst helping you to build confidence, and have your wellbeing at the heart as you adjust to life with your baby.
